Face-to-face class information

In order to improve the quality of classes according to the prolonged period of Corona 19, to ensure safe learning rights for students, 
and to provide efficient classes that fit the characteristics of the subject, the Seoul Hanyoung University graduate school is based on the current level of distance in daily life. 
As a standard, we would like to conduct on-off parallel classes as follows, so please cooperate actively.

1. Class operation
Face-to-face class period: November 2 (Mon), 2020 / 10th week of class-until the end of class
2 Basic policy
- The Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasure Headquarters applied major quarantine measures to keep social distancing in different stages
- The second semester of our school is scheduled to be implemented by applying the first stage of quarantine.
- 2nd semester class management principle: face-to-face and non-face-to-face classes
- Criteria for determining the class operation method: The number of class face-to-face with 20 or less participants (However, it cannot exceed 2/3 of the size of the classroom)
- Classes with more than 20 participants face-to-face and non-face-to-face
- The above information may change depending on the Corona 19 situation.

3. How to conduct face-to-face classes
- Social distancing and wearing masks are mandatory when conducting all face-to-face classes
- The teacher in charge of each class is the person in charge of quarantine and must manage whether to observe the quarantine guidelines such as distance between students and wearing masks.
- Students must conduct self-diagnosis before class related to Corona 19, and if they have symptoms, they will not be able to attend and must conduct non-face-to-face classes.

In the event of a health disorder, contact the school office immediately (operation of isolation room)

Avoid conversation during intermittent breaks
Report to the teacher in case of health problems such as fever
Check ventilation of the classroom after class
Collection of microphone cover (using plastic gloves)
Go home without meeting
